Revelus accepts most plans from major carriers for medical dermatology, including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Medicare, and Tricare. Medicaid plans are not accepted, and cosmetic treatments are typically not covered by insurance. how much does botox cost at revelus?

Botox at Revelus is priced per unit, so your total depends on the areas treated and the number of units your provider recommends. Current per-unit pricing is listed on our Botox page, and final pricing is confirmed during your consultation. Alle rewards apply to Botox treatments.

does revelus perform mohs surgery for skin cancer?

Yes. Dr. Megan Trainor, a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, performs Mohs micrographic surgery at our South Austin clinic. According to the American College of Mohs Surgery, Mohs offers cure rates of up to 99 percent for certain primary skin cancers while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible.

does revelus offer virtual dermatology appointments?

Yes. Revelus offers secure teledermatology visits for follow-up appointments, prescription refills, rash evaluations, acne management, and ongoing care for chronic conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Virtual visits are not appropriate for skin cancer screenings or procedures.

does revelus treat children?

Revelus primarily cares for adult patients. If your child has a dermatologic concern, our team can evaluate the situation and refer you to a pediatric dermatologist when appropriate. Call our office to discuss the best option for your child.
