Revelus Dermatology Fall 2025 Cosmetic Specials – Terms + Conditions

Welcome to Revelus! We’re excited you’ve chosen us for your cosmetic care. To ensure the best possible experience, please review the following terms and conditions for Fall 2025 cosmetic specials.

Promotional Offer & Eligibility

• Specials apply only to DiamondGlow®, Laser Genesis, and Dysport purchased during Fall 2025.


• Offers are valid for legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older; proof of identity may be required.


• Limit one purchase per person per treatment type. Duplicate orders may be canceled and are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Consultation Requirements

• Dysport: Requires in-person consultation prior to treatment.


• DiamondGlow® and Laser Genesis: Do not require consultation; scheduling links will be provided after purchase.


• If you are not medically eligible for a purchased treatment, your payment will be credited toward another eligible service.

Treatment Requirements

• Pre-purchased services are maintained as credits on your account and expire one year from purchase date.


• All intake forms must be completed prior to treatment.


• Treatments must be completed within the recommended timeline for safety and effectiveness.

Scheduling Policies

• Payment in full is required at time of purchase to secure your appointment and promotional pricing.


• A credit card on file is required to schedule in-office treatments.


• Cancellations: Require 48-business-hours’ notice (e.g., Thursday for a Monday appointment).


• Missed appointments: Forfeit 50% of service value or $200, whichever is greater.


• Late arrivals shorten treatment time or may be considered a missed appointment.

Safety & Results

• Individual results may vary; no guarantee of outcomes is implied.


• Please inform your provider of any changes to your health or medications prior to treatment.


• Carefully follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your provider.

Financial Terms

• Unused credits may be transferred to another service with practice approval.


• Refunds for unused services incur a 10% processing fee and are recalculated at single-unit pricing.


• If services cannot be delivered within 60 days, the 10% fee will be waived.


• Service credits expire one year from purchase date.


• Some treatments may qualify for manufacturer rewards or third-party financing (Allē, Cherry, PatientFi).
