Revelus Dermatology is an independent, woman-owned dermatology practice serving South Austin since 2014. Led by board-certified dermatologists and an experienced clinical team, we provide comprehensive medical, surgical, cosmetic, and virtual dermatology care with a personalized, evidence-based approach.

Revelus Dermatology began as Westgate Skin & Cancer in 2014, founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Blakely Richardson. As the practice grew, we adopted the Revelus name in 2023 to better reflect the full range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care we provide.

Although our name has changed and our office has since moved, we remain the same independently owned Austin practice, committed to thoughtful, evidence-based care.

We offer comprehensive dermatology care in one South Austin practice.

Medical Dermatology: Diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, and skin cancer.

Surgical Dermatology: In-office procedures including skin biopsies, surgical excisions, cyst and lipoma removal, skin cancer removal, and Mohs surgery.

Cosmetic Dermatology: Personalized treatment plans that may include injectables, laser treatments, microneedling, body contouring, and aesthetician services.

Virtual Dermatology: Secure teledermatology visits for select concerns, follow-ups, medication management, and ongoing care.

Professional Skincare: A curated selection of dermatologist-recommended products to support in-office treatments and long-term skin health.
