how does the 5% savings work?
You pay 5% less than the face value, and the recipient receives the full amount. A $250 gift certificate costs you $237.50, and the full $250 is credited to their account.
how does the recipient receive it?
By email. You can have it sent straight to them, or sent to you so you can give it yourself. Gift certificates are electronic only.
what can it be used for?
Any service at Revelus Dermatology. Most gifts go toward treatments like facials, chemical peels, laser, and injectables. Gift certificates cannot be applied to skincare products, redeemed for cash, or transferred to someone else.
why do you need the recipient's date of birth?
We add the value to the recipient’s patient chart so it applies automatically at checkout. Their date of birth is how we make sure the credit reaches the right person.
how long is it valid, and what about a leftover balance?
Valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any unused balance stays on the recipient’s chart for future visits until it expires, and multiple gift certificates can be combined toward a single visit.
what if we lose track of it?
Call us at (512) 815-2559. Because the value lives on the recipient’s patient chart rather than a physical card, we can look it up and confirm the remaining balance.
