Arrive with a list of your current medications and any skin products you use regularly. For skin exams, avoid wearing makeup or nail polish if possible so your skin and nails can be fully evaluated. Bring photos of any spots or rashes that come and go.
Most adults benefit from a yearly full-body skin exam, and more often if you have a history of skin cancer, many moles, or significant sun exposure. Lindsay can recommend the right screening schedule for you at your first visit.
