General Information

Revelus is in-network with most insurance plans and accepts most forms of payment.  There are a few insurance plans where the clinic is out-of-network and a few payment exceptions.  Patients with a HMO insurance plan will need a referral from their Primary Care Physician (PCP) before being able to book an appointment.  Dermatologist are considered a specialist physicians, so a higher tier copay may apply.  Details can always be discussed with your insurance company by calling the number on the back of your card.
