In-Office Services:

For in-office treatments, a consultation is required. A credit card on file is mandatory for booking any procedure. If deemed unsuitable for treatment, you will receive a credit on your account for another appropriate service.

Pre-payments for services are credited to your account and are valid for 1 year from the payment date.

Order Limitations:

Limit one order per person for the duration of the flash sale. Each customer may purchase one of each eligible service but cannot place multiple orders. Attempted duplicate orders will be canceled, and an additional 10% fee will be charged.

Restrictions:

Special package rates are exclusive to this promotion and cannot be combined with other offers.

If a service package is partially used, refunds for unused services will be calculated at the single treatment list price, and any difference will be credited to your account.

Offers are subject to change or revocation without notice.

Treatment Requirements:

Completion of patient paperwork is required prior to all treatments.

Offers are valid while supplies last and void where prohibited.

Revelus Dermatology reserves the right to decline service if you are not a candidate for the treatment purchased.

Period:

The treatment offer expires 1 year from the purchase date.

Revelus Dermatology reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, for any reason, including technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
