2024 Botox Day Terms

In-Office Services:

For Botox treatments, a consultation is required with a $150 consultation fee. A credit card on file is mandatory for booking any procedure. If deemed unsuitable for the treatment, you will receive a full refund or a credit on your account for another appropriate service. Pre-payments for services are credited to your account and are valid for 1 year from the payment date.

Restrictions:

Special package rates are exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotions, though they may qualify for Allē Rewards. If service packages are partially used, refunds for unused services will be calculated at the single treatment list price, with any difference refunded. Offers are subject to change and can be revoked without notice.

Treatment Requirements:

Completion of patient paperwork is required for all treatments. Offers are valid while supplies last and void where prohibited. By participating, you agree to join Revelus Dermatology's mailing list for updates on future cosmetic specials. We reserve the right to decline service if you are not a candidate for Botox treatment.

Allē Rewards Program:

Allē Rewards, in partnership with Revelus Dermatology, is managed by Allergan Aesthetics. Participation is subject to Allergan's terms, including those related to rebates, expiration, and redemption. Period:

The promotion expires 1 year from the purchase date.

Eligibility:

Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 and older.

Right to Modify or Cancel:

Revelus Dermatology reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, for any reason, including technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
