what if i miss a follow-up evaluation appointment?

If you miss a Follow-up Evaluation appointment, it’s important to reschedule as soon as possible to ensure continuous care and effective monitoring of your treatment. 

It is important to note that for safety reasons, certain medications will not be refilled unless a Follow-up Evaluation is completed first.  

can i schedule a follow-up evaluation over telemedicine?

Absolutely! We do offer telemedicine for Follow-up Evaluations. Telemedicine can be a great way to check in and receive the ongoing care you require.  

However, not all conditions or concerns are best managed over telemedicine. It’s always best to check with us over the phone when scheduling a Follow-up Evaluation so that we may provide triage with telemedicine limitations in mind to ensure that you are offered the most appropriate appointment type.
