We’ll provide instructions on how to compete all required paperwork, upload identification and insurance cards and advise you how to connect with your provider at the scheduled time. 

how should i prepare for my telemedicine appointment?

You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection, camera, and microphone. Before your appointment, make sure your device is charged and that you’ve tested the video and audio capabilities.  

We request that you upload clear photos of the areas of concern prior to your appointment time for your provider to review.
