We value our professional relationships with representatives and strive to maintain a respectful partnership. Please review and follow our Rep Policies during your visit to Revelus Dermatology. general guidelines

Scheduling & Check-in: Please provide your scheduled appointment information to the front desk upon arrival.

Break Room Protocol: Scheduled reps are required to remain in the break room during breakfast or lunch times.

Meal Scheduling: Reps may bring one breakfast and one lunch per quarter.

Unscheduled Visits: Reps without an appointment must wait in the lobby until further instructions are provided.

Sample Handling: All samples requiring signatures will be managed by our staff. Please give any samples directly to our Medical Assistants for stocking.

Promotional Materials: Please ask before leaving any handouts or promotional materials. Unapproved materials, including flyers and pop-ups, are typically discarded.

Meal Service: For scheduled breakfasts and lunches, please arrange for individual orders (family-style meals are not accepted).

Delivery: Scheduled meals should be delivered directly to the office. We cannot accommodate requests to pick up meals on your behalf.

  • Breakfast: Please schedule delivery between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM.
  • Lunch: Please schedule delivery between 11:30 AM and 11:45 AM.

Dietary Restrictions: Ensure that gluten-free and vegan options are available, especially for Dr. Patel.

Meal Suggestions:

  • Breakfast: Smoothies, Starbucks, Coffee, Breakfast Tacos, Breakfast Biscuits, Chick-fil-A, Donuts, etc.
  • Lunch: Cava, Modern Kitchen, Zoe’s Kitchen, Avanti, Mexican, BBQ, Corporate Caterers, Fresa’s Chicken Al Carbon, Chuy’s, Modern Market, Cabo Bob’s, Sapps, Mad Greens, Flower Child, Lupe Tortilla, III Forks, Perry’s Steakhouse, Truluck’s, Capital Grille, Odd Duck, Sour Duck Market, Loro, Hopdoddy, Vince Young Steakhouse, and more.

Maintaining a Professional Collaborative Relationship

At Revelus Dermatology, we believe that our partnerships with representatives are mutually beneficial. Please contact our Site Manager for details.

  • Perks: Enjoy a 25% discount on cosmetic services.
  • Referrals: We welcome patient referrals. Please coordinate directly with our Site Manager.
  • Conduct: Adherence to our guidelines is essential. Non-compliance may lead to a suspension of access for 6 months to 1 year

Loss of Privileges

Reps may lose scheduled breakfast and lunch privileges for:

  • Leaving the break room during scheduled meal times.
  • Disrupting office staff during clinic hours.
  • Leaving unapproved handouts, flyers, or pop-ups in the break room or lobby.
  • Canceling scheduled meals at the last minute.
  • Requesting office staff to pick up meal orders on their behalf.
 

Office Ban + Sample Disposal

Reps may be banned from our offices and have their samples discarded for:

  • Inviting staff to events or functions without prior written approval from the physician or practice manager.
  • Exhibiting aggressive, passive-aggressive, or overly pushy behavior, or acting entitled.
  • Scheduling multiple lunches or occupying calendar slots without significant changes or updates (schedule squatting).
  • Causing a disruption or scene within the office.
  • Speaking to patients directly about prescription drugs or suggesting medical care, which is illegal.
  • Entering patient rooms or staff offices without permission or prior notice.
  • Failing to follow the established general guidelines, particularly those related to break room behavior, promotional material distribution, and clinic disruption.
