Promotional Offers

Receive 20% off Premium Facials (single treatments or packages) and $1 off per unit on Botox packages. Offers are available for a limited time and must be purchased online in advance.

In-Office Services

• A consultation is required for all in-office treatments except facials.
• Facials do not require a consultation. A scheduling link will be sent after purchase.
• A credit card on file is required to book any service.
• If you are not a candidate for a treatment, the purchase amount will be credited to your account for use on another eligible service.
• Pre-payments are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Order Limitations

• Limit one purchase per person per treatment type.
• Duplicate orders will be canceled and may be subject to a 10% fee.

Refunds and Credits

• Packages are non-refundable once partially used.
• Unused portions of a package may be credited to your account at the discretion of the practice, based on the original discounted pricing.

Restrictions

• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Offers are non-transferable and subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Treatment Requirements

• All required patient forms must be completed prior to treatment.
• Services must be used within one year of purchase. Unused credits will expire after that time.
• Offers are valid while supplies last and void where prohibited.
• By purchasing, you agree to receive promotional updates from Revelus Dermatology.
• Treatment may be declined if you are not an appropriate candidate.

Allē Rewards (Botox only)

You may be eligible to earn Allē Rewards points on Botox purchases. Points cannot be applied toward payment at the time of purchase. Participation is subject to Allergan Aesthetics terms. For details, visit the Allē Rewards website or contact our office.
