Our commitment to quality means we carefully prepare our facilities, materials, providers, and staff for each patient visit. To ensure the best possible experience, please review the following terms and conditions for Summer 2026 cosmetic specials.
Promotional Offer & Eligibility
- Summer 2026 cosmetic specials are available for a limited time only.
- Packages may be purchased together but are billed, tracked, and scheduled separately.
- Offers are valid for legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older.
- Proof of identity may be required at time of treatment.
- Limit one purchase per person per treatment type unless otherwise approved by Revelus Dermatology. Duplicate orders may be canceled and may incur a 10% processing fee.
Online Pre-Purchased Packages
- Select summer packages may be pre-purchased online, including Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, and DiamondGlow.
- Pre-purchased services are maintained as credits on your Revelus account and expire one year from the purchase date.
- Pre-purchased packages must be redeemed in office.
- Your promotional pricing is secured at the time of purchase.
Consultation & Provider Review Requirements
- Injectable services, including Botox Cosmetic and Dysport, require an in-office consultation or provider review prior to treatment.
- Device-based treatments, including SkinPen + PRP, IPL, ResurFX, CoolSculpting, and CoolTone, require consultation or provider evaluation to confirm the treatment is safe and appropriate for your goals, skin type, medical history, and treatment area.
- Facial treatments, including DiamondGlow, may not require a separate consultation, but provider review or medical clearance may still be required when appropriate.
- If you are not medically eligible for a purchased treatment, the purchase amount will be credited toward another eligible service at Revelus Dermatology.
Clinical Evaluation Validity
- If treatment has not been started, your clinical evaluation expires after 90 days. A new consultation and updated quote may be required.
- Once treatment begins, evaluations are valid for 180 days. Gaps longer than 6 months may require a new consultation or updated treatment plan.
Treatment Requirements
- All required intake forms must be completed prior to treatment.
- Treatments must be completed within the recommended timeline to support safety, consistency, and treatment planning.
- Appointment availability is subject to provider scheduling and availability.
- Some treatments may require Medical Director approval.
- Treatments are typically scheduled with your consulting provider unless otherwise noted.
- Each provider may require their own consultation or evaluation before performing services.
In-Office Service & Scheduling Policies
- Full payment is required at time of purchase to secure promotional pricing.
- A credit card on file may be required to schedule in-office treatments.
- Cancellations require 48 business hours’ notice (e.g., Thursday for a Monday appointment).
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or may be considered a missed appointment.
- Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeited service value.
- Two consecutive missed appointments may result in package forfeiture.
- Opting out of appointment notifications does not change these policies.
Safety & Treatment Results
- While we strive for patient satisfaction, individual results may vary.
- Please inform your provider immediately of any changes to your health, medications, pregnancy status, allergies, or medical history.
- Please carefully follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by your care team.
Financial Terms
- Consultation fees, when applicable, may be credited toward services booked within 1 business day.
- Unused credits may be transferred to another appropriate service with practice approval.
- Refunds for unused services are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- Refunds for unused package services may be recalculated at standard single-treatment pricing.
- If Revelus Dermatology is unable to provide the purchased service within 60 days, the 10% refund processing fee will be waived.
- Service credits expire one year from the purchase date.
- Offers may not be combined with other Revelus promotions unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer Rewards & Financing
- Select treatments may qualify for manufacturer rewards or third-party financing, including Allē, ASPIRE, Allē Pay, Cherry, or PatientFi.
- Manufacturer rewards, including Allē and ASPIRE offers, are subject to eligibility, availability, dates, and program terms.
- Manufacturer rewards are managed by the manufacturer rewards program and are not guaranteed by Revelus Dermatology.
