If no refills remain, you can contact our office by phone or on our website’s “chat” function. For certain medications, a follow-up appointment may be required to ensure the continued efficacy and safety of your treatment before a refill can be processed. 

can i get a prescription refill without an appointment?

Sometimes. If you’re up-to-date with your check-ups, refills for certain long-term medications may be processed without an appointment. However, medications requiring monitoring or controlled substances usually require a brief visit.

Furthermore, if you have not been seen by our office in >1 calendar year, you will be required to make an appointment in order to get a prescription refilled.  

can prescription refills be sent to any pharmacy?

Yes. We can easily accommodate electronically sending your prescription(s) to the pharmacy of your choice.

why do you require that i periodically schedule a visit for a prescription refill?
