To maintain the youthful results from Xeomin, we often recommend regular maintenance treatments, usually 3-4 times per year.  

Although not required, Xeomin effects typically wear off within three to six months. As such, continuing treatments will maintain the aesthetic benefits. 

Xeomin treatments are very quick and relatively painless and can be performed on the same day as a consultation. We recommend avoiding make-up or moisturizer on the day of your appointment. Once your face is cleaned and prepped, your provider will inject the Xeomin into targeted muscles using a very small needle to achieve results that are improved and natural-looking. You will be asked not to lay down flat for at least 4 hours, avoid exercise or flying in an airplane for 24 hours.   

Xeomin is FDA approved to treat fine lines and wrinkles in the forehead, frown lines (commonly referred to as the “11 lines”) and crow’s feet around the eyes of men and women aged 18 and up. 

Side effects like temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection sites are common and usually subside quickly.  

Xeomin is used to treat fine facial lines and wrinkles caused by dynamic movements, while filler restores lost volume. The choice depends on your unique aesthetic goals.
