Thankfully, downtime with RF Microneedling is minimal. Patients can immediately return to normal daily activities. It is important to note that redness and some swelling are usually present initially but are often hardly noticeable by the next day.  

Improvements in skin appearance can start shortly after the procedure, with more noticeable results typically visible after a few months.  

The results of RF Microneedling typically last several months, and in many cases, up to a year. However, the longevity of the effects varies based on individual skin types and conditions. To maintain these benefits, periodic maintenance treatments are often recommended. 

We recommend avoiding make-up or moisturizer on the day of your appointment. Once your face is cleaned and prepped, your provider will use a topical anesthetic to ensure your comfort during the procedure. The RF Microneedling device will be applied to the treatment area(s). Each session lasts 30-60 minutes on average.  

RF Microneedling is effective for fine lines, acne scars, sagging skin, sun damage, stretch marks, large pores, and rough skin texture. 

Temporary redness, swelling, and skin irritation, typically subsiding within a few days post-treatment may occur. Some individuals may also experience dryness, flaking, and minor bruising in the treated area. It is very important to closely follow all post-treatment care instructions.
