A typical CoolTone session lasts about 30 minutes, although this can vary depending on the area being treated and the individual’s treatment plan. 

Results vary per individual, but most people report seeing improved muscle tone and firmness in the treated area after a series of treatments. Full results are typically seen 2-4 weeks after the final treatment. It is important to note that muscles may atrophy or lose strength and tone if they are not maintained through your usual exercise routine after treatment.  

For most patients, at least 4-8 treatments are recommended over the course of 2-4 weeks to achieve their body contouring goals.    

During the procedure, you’ll feel strong, involuntary muscle contractions, but the treatment is generally not painful. Some people describe it as feeling like an intense workout. Muscle pain and soreness is sometimes experienced several hours later.  

After initial photographs are taken, the provider will place the CoolTone applicators over the treated areas.  

As the treatment begins, you will feel a series of involuntary muscle contractions that will last a few seconds followed by a period of rest. The intensity can be adjusted based on your tolerance from 1-100%.
